Emergency treatment after patient broke the tooth at gum level

Metal free ceramic (zirconia) dental implants @zeramexusa XT 3.5 x 12 mm was replaced a tooth 8 (11) and anchor to 35 Ncm of torque. Two membranes of PRF and Allograft bone graft were placed. Temporary screwable crown was placed and torqued to 15 Ncm. The crown was bonded to the adjacent teeth to make sure not overload the dental implant and out of occlusion.
