What About Wisdom Teeth

Would you prefer to sleep through your simple or wisdom tooth extraction? No problem. We offer three sedation options for you to choose from:

Conscious Oral Sedation – After you take an orally administered sedative or anti-anxiety medication, you’ll feel relaxed and almost as if you’re taking a light nap. It wears off after just a few hours.

IV Sedation – The deepest level of sedation available in our Largo dentist office, IV sedation allows you to “nap” right through the entire procedure.

Nitrous Oxide – Also known as “laughing gas,” this light sedative gives you the relief you need, even if you’re only mildly anxious.

What is LANAP?

LANAP is Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure, which sterilizes infected gum tissues, destroys bacteria, and helps healthy gums reattach to the teeth in a short period of time. Our Largo dentist has been a LANAP provider since 2011!

LANAP=Laser Assisted Regeneration (LAR). An FDA-cleared laser treatment called LANAP protocol offers a less painful, more successful treatment alternative to conventional surgery. LANAP=LAR is the only scientifically, research proven methodology that results in true periodontal regeneration, new bone growth and gum tissue reattachment. LANAP treatment is one of the most successful protocols in treating gum disease because it can target the source of the inflammation without harming or removing any healthy gum tissue, slow or stop attachment loss and decrease pocket depth, and allowing the body to recover from the chronic infection without the need for scalpel or sutures.

HYBRID IMPLANT DENTURES

Instead of wearing a bulky removable denture, why not a Hybrid? Hybrid dentures are anchored directly on top of dental implants and are permanently fixed in place, but can be removed by the doctor for your scheduled cleanings.
